Per the rulings of the Berlin corporate tax office, the association has served particularly worthy charitable purposes since 09.09.1977 (tax no. 27/665/53190). Your donation is therefore tax-deductible in Germany.
Donations up to €300 a year
For donations up to €300 in a calendar year, the simplified donation receipt together with your bank statement is all the tax office needs — no separate certificate required.

Legal basis: § 50 (4) sentence 1 no. 2 b) EStDV. Receipts for earlier years are under documents.
